Keeps jumping me between The cable provider nonsense

I try and sign in to the WWE network through my my Rogers account but every time I sign in it take me straight to the "select a cable provider menu" so I cant even watch anything on the WWE network , can this please be fixed Im tired of dealing with this , just trying to watch some wrestling
